We are now offering our incredibly powerful and transformational Intro Series ONLINE via ZOOM with Stephanie Briody and Talia Arone! Stephanie is a Certified Baptiste Instructor and FIT to Lead participant, and Talia is a graduate of both the PYCC 200HR. TT and the Baptiste Level 1 Program! They are both incredible teachers that will take you through the Journey Into Power sequence step by step, in a safe, fun, and knowledgable way!  You will learn the foundations of the Baptiste Journey Into Power Sequence, as well as the Practices and Techniques of Baptiste Yoga: Asana (physical postures), Meditation, and Inquiry! You will discover your personal power and inherent strength, and a whole new world of possibilities for your health and well being.  $108 for 8 Sessions. The Yoga Within: Yamas + Niyamas Book Study plus Yoga Practice

For each Friday in February, we will gather to discuss and implement through asana, the ancient yogic teachings of the 10 Yamas + Niyamas. These guidelines are the most concrete places to start any yoga practice or find deeper meaning to an already established practice, as they relate directly to how you behave outwardly in the world and inwardly toward yourself. By studying these guidelines, we realize that there is always an invitation before us to live with more presence, more skill and more awareness. By integrating the Yamas + Niyamas into our daily doings, we begin to live with profound clarity and sacredness. In this workshop series, weekly reading and journaling will be assigned from the book, The Yamas and Niyamas by Deborah Adele* and in each session there will be a 45 minute book discussion followed by 45 minutes of yoga practice inspired by the teachings. Held in person at PYCC DPORT. Sign up early to reserve your spot! Max 10 Students.  Masks must be worn at all times.

40 Days To Personal Revolution

‚ÄčIn this series, we will continue right where we left off from Intro 1! We will introduce you to some more common poses you will find in an All Levels Vinyasa Class in a way that you will be able to explore at your own pace! This is a fantastic course for everyone to get stronger and more flexible, and refine what they have already established in their yoga practice! Everyone is welcome! $108 for 8 Sessions.
