Join Jill for meditation on Mondays right after her new, Empower Flow class (12:00-1:00pm). We will check in and sit for approximately 20-30 minutes with different meditations - sometimes silence, sometimes guided, sometimes with devotional music. It will be an excellent way to get into the practice of meditating and even better, getting to meditate with sangha / community.
