In this workshop, Jill will break down the sequence of poses you will commonly find in a Power Vinyasa Yoga Class. You will learn proper alignment, as well as modifications, variations, and the use of props, all of which will give you the tools and confidence to attend all of our classes at PYCC! Beginners and those with 6 months or less experience welcome! $30 in advance. $35 day of. Pre-registration suggested!
