Her practice and teaching mirror the work she pursued to slow down, strengthen and create more space. She tends to lead a slower-paced class, with a focus on understanding one’s own body and how to create mobility through stability. Her teaching also explores pranayama and the more subtle aspects of yoga that tap into the center beyond the physical. She is eternally grateful for the insights that yoga offers. Her teaching encourages students to tap into the depths of their being. She’s had moments in her practice where she feels great relief, openness and joy. Her desire is to share her experience and knowledge in support of her students. She continues to study through her own practice, reading, workshops and trainings. She regularly studies with Natasha Rizopoulos in Boston and a variety of outstanding teachers in and around the Boston area. She is a loyal student to her teacher, Ame Wren. Additionally, she trained under Alexandre Tannous and David Shamesh in the art &amp; science of sound meditation (200 hr). Ashley believes in the power of yoga and sound meditation for individual transformation and the evolution of collective consciousness . Her focus is on demonstrating the value of meditation, teaching to all levels, and weaving together proper alignment, breathwork techniques, and the power of sound to support each student’s practice. Her overarching vision is to create spaces and facilitate experiences that empower individuals and groups in their physical, emotional, and spiritual evolution. You can practice with Ashley on Mondays from 9:15-10:30am and Saturdays from 10:30-11:45am!</image:caption>

As a carpenter Victor has a deep understanding of the benefits of proper alignment for fully supported structures. The same principles are found throughout yoga. Adjusting and refining the alignment of poses is a permanent part of his practice. Is there anything in particular you'd like to work on in your yoga practice? Talk to Victor before class.       <image:caption>Jenya Nesterova 500HR RYT, Ashtanga, Vinyasa, bhakti Jenya is a a 500-hour YTT-certified Ashtanga - Vinyasa and Bhakti Teacher. She started her Yoga journey in 2018 when she was struggling with back pain and began her Asana practice to strengthen her physical body and find balance. In 2019, she started practicing Meditation and in 2022, she completed her first Hatha and Vinyasa Yoga Teacher training with the School Yoga Institute. She continues to study Vedas, ancient Yogic scriptures, Sanskrit language, and reciting transcendental names. In 2023, she met her Ashtanga Yoga teacher, Rich Gonshak, and started studying under the lineage of Pattabhi Joyce. Later that December, she traveled to Rishikesh, India where she took her 300hr Ashtanga Vinyasa YTT. Jenya’s classes are on Tuesdays and Fridays, from 9:15-10:30am!</image:caption>

In 2020, she moved to Cape Cod, and in the winter of 2024, she completed her 200HR certification at Power Yoga of Cape Cod. By teaching yoga, Gwen hopes to help students take an active role in maintaining their own physical and mental health through engaging movement, graceful flow, and mindful meditation.</image:caption>
