This core-focused workout is designed for deep, balanced strength and is a perfect bridge for yoga practitioners and athletes alike, with exercises specifically engineered to optimize range of motion, tone your muscles, prevent injury, and accelerate recovery. Feel free to bring hand weights or Therabands to super boost your workout ! Meets Saturdays from 7:00-7:45am.
