Jill Abraham, owner and director of Power Yoga Of Cape Cod, is a Certified Baptiste Instructor and a 500hr. EYRT with Yoga Alliance. Jill is a Certified Ayurvedic Practitioner through The Ayurveda Academy in Seattle, WA, and graduated from The Natural Gourmet Cookery School (founded by Annemarie Colbin in NYC). She has been leading health and nutrition workshops since 2005. In addition, Jill is a lululemon Athletica Ambassador for the lululemon in Hingham, MA, and regularly organizes community projects throughout the year to raise funds and awareness for various non-profit organizations.


Leigh Alberti is a certified and registered yoga teacher through the Yoga Alliance. After spending much of her life as a competitive swimmer, Leigh began practicing yoga in 2001 as a way to relieve stress from her job as a special education teacher. She started teaching yoga in 2007, after she received her Level 1 teacher certification from Yogafit and recently completed her 200 hour teacher training from Prana Power Yoga in Cambridge, MA. Leigh has a natural gift for teaching, and her gentle approach will allow you to leave your worries at the door and bring your focus entirely onto your mat and into your practice. Her classes are creative and fun, giving you a full body workout and leaving you relaxed and rejuvenated.


Eric Clark is a certified yoga teacher with training in a kripalu‐based tradition. Eric completed his 200‐hour yoga training at the Yoga Alliance recognized Samadhi Yoga Studio in Manchester, Connecticut. He is a nationally certified massage therapist, licensed to practice in both Connecticut and Massachusetts. He is certified in Traditional Thai Massage and recently finished his personal training certification through the National Academy of Sports Medicine. Eric’s yoga utilizes a knowledge of anatomy and physiology, biomechanics, and exercise science to deliver a demanding physical workout, while drawing on intuition, eastern philosophy, and a connection to spirit through breath to encourage his students to open up to their authentic selves. Rhia Cataldo A Wellfleet native, Rhia grew up around yoga, but it wasn’t until her travels abroad that she discovered her true calling within her. Today she lives to share the balance she finds through integrating body, mind and spirit through her yoga practice. She brings to her students her passion of celebrating life and being in the magic of the present moment. Rhia completed Level 1 Teacher Training in Hawaii with Baron Baptiste. She has also been blessed to practice with her mother, Michelle Sutton Vinyasa Yoga Teacher, Jill Abraham, Ana Forest and Todd Norian. Rhia creates an environment in her classes that are a balance of physical challenge and inspiration.


Sarah Dineen creates a safe and inspiring environment for her students to discover and explore their full potential. She leads them through a dynamic, creative and joyful vinyasa class. Sarah has been practicing yoga since 2000 and teaching since 2007. She completed the In-House and Level 1 Teacher Trainings with Baron Baptiste and studied extensively with master Baptiste teachers Coeli Marsh and Gregor Singleton. Sarah is also an artist. She received a BFA from Montserrat College of Art and exhibits her paintings in New York and on Cape Cod.


Aisling Gainer Aisling's passion for exercise, fitness, and participating in classes and workshops led her to complete her AFAA Personal Certification, Johnny G Spinning certification, and her Stott Mat Pilates Certification. She is a continuing student to keep her classes fresh, exciting and on the cutting edge of the field, and inspires and motivates her students to accomplish and achieve their personal fitness goals.



Maureen Hammett is a Certified and Registered Yoga Instructor. Maureen draws from her various backgrounds, which include: ballet dance, aerobic instruction, personal training/weight lifting and long-distance running to create a safe and balanced practice. As with many, injury brought Maureen to yoga in 2005. Her quest still continues, as she not only teaches yoga but is also a faithful student. Certifications: Graduate from "Finding Inner Peace" Yoga School, Faculty of the Breathe Joy Yoga School, Barkan method: Hot Vinyasa Flow, Levels two and three, Yoga-Fit, and Intensive Yin, Anusura and Detox Workshops. To date, Maureen has over 400 Intensive Workshop Hours.


Francie Joseph has studied, performed and taught dance for over 35 years. In 2001 she trained and became certified as a Stott Pilates instructor. Francie has been teaching mat classes in local studios since 2003 as well as working privately with clients on the mat as well as the reformer.




Jenny Ravikumar, has been practicing yoga since 2009 and completed her 200 hour RYT with Jen Ryan in Wilmington, MA, in June 2011. It allowed her the opportunity to teach, meet and study with the most loving and wonderful group of people. Jenny teaches fun and rigorous classes geared for all levels and tries to stick by her motto: "yoga is an opportunity to be curious about who you are" (Jason Crandell). Join her in your practice to create curiosity, adventure, fun and relaxation!


Petra Ledkovsky A certified and registered yoga teacher through the Yoga Alliance, Petra has completed the Forrest Yoga Foundations Teacher Training with Ana Forrest, as well as Prenatal Yoga Teacher Training at the Kripalu Center for Yoga and Health. She is a certified Pilates instructor through the Balanced Body University. Her classes are a combination of vinyasa flow infused with precision, alignment, and focus on core abdominal strength. She has taught ongoing classes and workshops since 2009 and praises her teaching and personal practice for bringing brilliance, clarity, and strength to her life. She strives to share those gifts with each and every one of her students in her challenging yet compassionate and accessible classes.


Rolf Pechukas Rolf is an experienced instructor with extensive Ashtanga and Iyengar training. For the past several years he has been teaching full-time in Boston, refining his unique all-levels breath-centered no-leverage joint-healing muscle-lengthening spirit-strengthening safe-but-challenging approach to yoga.




Deborah von Storch After visiting India in 1990 Deborah returned with a passion to learn yoga. She studied with many of our talented Cape Cod teachers who introduced her to Kripalu, Phoenix Rising, Iyengar, Bikram, Power yoga and eventually Ashtanga, which is her current practice. While taking workshops in Self Awakening Yoga with Don Stapleton, Restorative Yoga with Sudha Carolyn Lundeen, Prajna yoga with Tias Little and practicing with the amazing teacher Sri Yogi Dharma Mittra, Deborah entered Zen Yoga teacher training finishing her studies with the Inner Peace Yoga Teacher Training school in Centerville. She is a Registered Yoga Teacher and has been leading gentle, introductory yoga classes as well as the physically challenging primary series of Ashtanga. Her most recent education was a 40 hour teacher training in Ashtanga with David Swenson and she is now exploring Yoga as part of a Trauma Treatment for adolescents and adults. Deborah lives with her dog Kindle and various foster children who enrich her life. She loves the Yoga Sutras and tries to deepen her personal practice reading, studying and sharing her insights with her students.


Carin Trainer has been teaching yoga since 2001 on Cape Cod and Santa Fe. She studied Ashtanga with K. Pattabhi Jois in Mysore, India; Ashtanga and Iyengar yoga with Tias Little in Santa Fe; and Viniyoga with senior teacher Sonia Nelson. She completed teacher trainings with John Friend, Gary Kraftsow, David Frawley, and Judith Lasater. Carin draws from these varied yoga traditions to create a yoga practice that builds strength, flexibility, balance, and form with emphasis on the flow of the breath. Carin holds a Doctor of Oriental Medicine (NM), a Doctoral Degree in Naturopathic Medicine, and is a licensed Acupuncturist. Her background in alternative medicine adds depth to her ability to individualize and define yoga as a healing practice.


Valerie Twomey R.N. is a certified Kripalu yoga teacher. She specializes in teaching a gentle yoga flow and helping students create a foundation to support a balanced lifestyle. Her experience includes teaching on the beach, on sailing vessels and leading ocean side retreats. Valerie is a licensed massage therapist, certified Traditional Thai massage therapist, and a Kripalu Yoga Dance teacher. She is grateful to carry on the Kripalu lineage of teaching the yoga of compassion and joyfully seeks and studies with the spiritual masters.
